The policy
If you buy KAM-Q and want your money back, write to support@kam-q.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full.
You do not have to explain why. We will not ask you to try troubleshooting first, and there is no form to fill in.
How long it takes
We pass the refund to Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, usually the same day. Your bank decides how quickly it reaches your statement, which is normally a few business days.
Renewals
The same 30 days apply to a renewal. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, write to us and we will refund it.
You can also cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and it does not take away the version of KAM-Q you already paid for. That stays yours.
After a refund
A refunded license stops working. If you change your mind later you are welcome to buy again.
Before you buy
KAM-Q has a free trial, and we would rather you used it than bought something that turns out not to suit you. It is the same program, not a cut-down version.
