Last updated October 3, 2026
1. Who these terms are with
KAM-Q is a product of PRB Interactive Inc., a Delaware corporation ("PRB", "we"). By using KAM-Q you agree to these terms.
2. Your license
PRB gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use KAM-Q for your own email, for evaluation or for your own work. KAM-Q is licensed, not sold.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, or distribute KAM-Q, or build products from it.
- Reverse engineer it, except where the law allows despite this restriction.
- Remove its notices or its digital signature.
- Use it to access mail you are not allowed to access.
4. Ownership
PRB and its licensors own KAM-Q, including the name, logo, and mascot. These terms give you no ownership of them.
5. Your mail and your responsibility
You are responsible for your mailbox and for following your employer's policies and the terms of your mail provider. Where your employer manages your computer, check with your IT team before installing software.
6. Third-party services
KAM-Q works with Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Microsoft 365, and Google Gmail. Those services belong to their owners and have their own terms.
7. Early access and changes
KAM-Q is in early access. It may change, and features may be added or removed. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
8. No warranty
KAM-Q is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, PRB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the use of KAM-Q. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for KAM-Q in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
10. Ending
You may stop using KAM-Q at any time by removing it. We may end your license if you break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
